The first time she came to clean for me, I was immediately impressed with how she got right to work cleaning the blinds; she didn't stop to chat first. She is very personable, but if you engage in conversation with her, she'll work right through it. She takes pride in her and her team's work, and wants to know if you're happy with it and what she can do to please you. I also appreciate that she asks ahead of your appointment what you would like her to do, which means she's ready to work when she arrives. She likes to get on her hands and knees to clean the floor, and it always looks fabulous when she's done. I would recommend her and her team to anyone!
